A VALUABLE THREE-STORY BRICK TOBACCO FACTORY, on the North side of Main, between 26th and 27th sts., AT AUCTION – We will sell upon the premises, on FRIDAY, the 9th day of January, 1863 commencing at 4 o’clock P. M., the valuable three-story Tobacco Factory located on the north side of Main, between 26th and 27th streets, recently in the occupancy of Mr. J. W. Atkinson. It fronts on Main street 70 feet, and runs back 150 feet.
TERMS – One-third cash; the balance at 6 and 12 months, for negotiable notes, with interest added, and secured by a trust deed.
