WINDER HOSPITAL, July 22, 1862.

THE SURGEON in charge returns his grateful acknowledgments to the donors of the following articles for the sick and wounded of this hospital:

From unknown ladies in North Carolina, 60 chickens.
From Mrs. R. Cocke, a lot of phials.
From Miss E. R. Daniel, a bundle of socks.
From Mrs. G. E. Dabney, a lot of phials.
From Mrs. N. C. Lipscomb, a bag of mustard, several packages of lint, old table-cloths, &c.
From Mrs. E. M. Holliday, of Spotsylvania, a lot of butter, eggs, rags, &c., and 6 bottles of blackberry wine.
From Mrs. Brown, of Spotsylvania, old shirts, pantaloons, drawers, rags, &c.
