G H CAMP WINDER, 5TH DIVISION, May 20th, 1863

R H LEWIS, Surgeon in charge, in behalf of the sick and wounded soldiers from the 37th and 48th Va regiments, now in this division, desires to return his grateful acknowledgments to the ladies of Abingdon, Va, for sundry articles contributed by them to these soldiers. Also, to Mrs Col Carrington, at “Sunny Side,” for bandages and buttermilk for the sick and wounded of this division.
