DEPARTMENT OF VIRGINIA.
Richmond, April 18, 1865.

All officers and enlisted men ON PAROLE, and all other persons not on duty, are hereby forbidden to wear side arms and revolvers.

District Provost Marshals are charged with the strict enforcement of this order.
