ARRIVALS. – General Joseph E. Johnston and lady have returned to town, and are now at the Spotswood Hotel; Mr. Sanderson, the President of the Petersburg railroad, and C. J. Dobbin, J. W. Rathbun, and E. A. Parker, well-known citizens of New York, are also staying at the Spotswood. – Colonel J. B. Woolbridge, formerly of Fitz Lee’s division, is now in town, and staying at the Exchange Hotel.
