The Yankee Officers' Quarters. - This establishment, which is located on 18th street, has been placed in charge of Capt. Wm. S. Reed, of the President's Guard. The roll is called twice a day, in the morning and evening, and all tenants known as prisoners, from the General of Division down to the third lieutenant, have to respond thereto.
