MOST DESIREABLE IRON PROPERTY FOR SALE IN VIRGINIA. – The CATAWBA IRON WORKS property, containing between six and seven thousand acres of Land, in the county of Botetourt, Virginia, upon which is a Blast Furnace, with the necessary buildings in good repair, and Saw Mill, Grist Mill, Store House and Dwelling House is offered for sale.

The Catawba metal is well known in this and the Eastern markets, where it has always commanded the highest price, and there is good arable land enough in the tract to furnish the Furnace with supplies, if properly cultivated.

The subscriber will receive offers for the above property and sell it on accommodating terms.
