Dear Sir
We made a requisition some time since upon Chief Ordnance for 20 tons Copper and any tin he might have to spare. He informed us that the Copper was on the way and would be delivered to us on arrival. We are now without any. Will you be so good as to let us have what you can spare & the balance when it arrives.
