Prisoners in the City. – The following is a correct enumeration of the number of prisoners in confinement yesterday at the Libby prison and Castle Thunder: At the Libby prison, prisoners of war, 224; citizen prisoners, 196; Confederates, 36; deserters from the Federals, 68; negroes, 57—total 671. At Castle Thunder, 290, of all kinds. Thirty-four soldiers were sent from there yesterday to Staunton, to be returned to their regiments.
