PRISONERS EXPECTED. – We are informed that all the Yankee prisoners at Lynchburg, Virginia, and Salisbury, North Carolina, are expected to arrive in Richmond within a day or two, and that Belle Isle is being held in readiness for them. Those from Lynchburg are expected to-day. They include the First Maryland (Yankee) regiment.
