SEALED PROPOSALS will be received at this office until 2 o’clock Wednesday, February 4th, 1863, for the building of fifty HOUSES for Hospitals, on the site known as Camp Dimmock, about half a mile west of Camp Winder.
Each house to be 80 feet long and 28 feet wide, 10 feet pitch and floor 18 inches from the ground, shingled roof with two Venitian ventilators on each 4 ½ by ??? feet.
Twelve windows to each house, six-light sash, 12 by 1?.
Six doors to each house, with furnishings complete.
One lattice Medicine Closet in each, 4 by 8 feet.
For further particulars bidders are referred to the buildings lately erected at Howard’s Grove, as these are to be built exactly like them.
The buildings must be completed by the ??? of April, and the party to whom the work is awarded will be required to give approved bond and security for the ???? performance of the same.
